crowdstrike windiows bluescreen(BSOD) issue

크라우드스트라이크(crowdstrike) 백신 업데이트(2024-07-19)가 윈도우 블루스크린 이슈를 일으켰다.

해결 방법은 아래와 같다.

해결 방법 단계:

Windows를 안전 모드 또는 Windows 복구 환경으로 부팅

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike 디렉토리로 이동합니다

"C-00000291*.sys"와 일치하는 파일을 찾아 삭제합니다.

호스트를 정상적으로 부팅합니다.

1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment

2. Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory

3. Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it.

4. Boot the host normally.
